As an Account Manager, you will maintain, manage, and develop the company’s relationship with key clients and partners, from multiple industries at a global level.
This is what you'll do:
Managing and developing our most strategic global clients’ portfolios.
Determining best practice and reporting campaign performance per clients’ priorities. Initiate and optimize strategies and KPIs.
Contacting and handling relations with new and existing clients and partners, including c-level executives, through the onboarding process and ongoing.
Developing and building in-depth partnerships, maintaining strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent client service.
Forecasting and tracking key account metrics and preparing reports on account status.
Continually test and evaluate new strategies, tactics, and partnerships as part of a continued effort to evolve and improve our products offering.
Optimize deal performance by recommending and enacting adjustments to internal teams and management.
This is what you'll bring:
High proficiency in English – a must.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Sales experience – at least 1 year.
Account management experience – a big advantage.
Banking or finance experience – an advantage.
Experience working with international clients – big advantage.
Strong analytical and technical skills.
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Organized, sharp, autodidact, self-motivated, good presentation skills, good listening skills, people’s person and service oriented!
Academic degree or equivalent – a must!
Microsoft Office Suite proficient, experience with CRM systems.
