Being a part of Wallter family you will take an impactful role in joining our Operations Team and together with the Operations Manager and your teammates handling payment-related duties in the most efficient way.
This is what you'll do:
Executing bank transfers;
Handling SWIFT queries;
Working on process improvements;
Monitoring payments related issues;
Providing customers support by e-mails;
Other duties that falls into the position and are delegated by manager.
This is what you'll bring:
Higher educational background (Finance , Economics or similar would be an advantage);
Experience working with payments operations SWIFT, SEPA would be an advantage;
Previous experience in payment processing;
Customer focused;
Team player, taking responsibility for reaching the team`s objectives;
