Being a part of Wallter family you will take impactful role joining our Operations Team and together with Operations Manger and your teammates handling payment related duties in the most efficient way.
This is what you'll do:
Executing bank transfers
Handling SWIFT queries
Working on process improvements
Monitoring payments related issues
Providing customers support by e-mails
Other duties that falls into the position and are delegated by manager.
This is what you'll bring:
Higher educational background ( Finance , Economics or similar would be an advantage )
Experience working with payments operations SWIFT, SEPA would be an advantage, but not mandatory
Previous experience in payment processing
Customer focused
Team player, taking responsibility for reaching the team`s objectives
