Technical Support Engineer

This is what you'll do:

Investigate and resolve technical issues;
Perform root cause analysis for production errors;
Diagnosing and repairing faults;
Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem;
Supporting the roll-out of new applications.

This is what you'll bring:

Work experience as a technical support /Technical tester or similar software engineering role;
Problem-solving attitude;
Understand Rest API;
Understand Web application.

Experience that will impress us:

Know JavaScript / python;
Hands on;
A background in financial services industries;
Experience working with a web-based fintech or money transfer;
BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
