This is what you'll do:

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues;
  • Perform root cause analysis for production errors;
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults;
  • Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem;
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications.

This is what you'll bring:

  • Work experience as a technical support /Technical tester or similar software engineering role;
  • Problem-solving attitude;
  • Understand Rest API;
  • Understand Web application.

Experience that will impress us:

  • Know JavaScript / python;
  • Hands on;
  • A background in financial services industries;
  • Experience working with a web-based fintech or money transfer;
  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
